Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead PEO client implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be the primary contact during implementation, configure solutions to client requirements, provide training, and troubleshoot issues to drive adoption and success across Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related work experience in implementation, payroll, or HR.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full client implementation process for new PEO clients to ensure a seamless transition to services.
• Understand client requirements and configure PEO solutions to meet those needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact during implementation; address concerns and provide expert guidance.
• Provide training to drive system adoption and user proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in benefit implementations.
• Attend webinars, seminars, and trainings.
• Perform ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
