Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring an Implementation Consultant in Duluth, GA. You will oversee client implementations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on configuring PEO solutions and training clients to achieve smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; experience in HR/Payroll is a must.
• At least 3 years in implementation, payroll, or related field.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and payroll processes is required.
• Knowledge of federal and state benefit regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation process for new PEO clients.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client requirements.
• Serve as main client contact during implementation phase.
• Provide training on how to use the PEO system.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations and Payroll.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Identify process improvements in benefit implementations.
• Support rollout methods and templates across the org.
