Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant, HCM to lead client onboarding of payroll and HR solutions. You will configure systems to meet client needs, manage end-to-end implementation, and collaborate with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive process.

You will also train clients on the HRIS, troubleshoot issues during rollout, and ensure smooth handoff to the service team after go-live. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with iSolved is required.
• HR/Payroll outsourcing industry knowledge required.
• Proficiency with payroll and HR software; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll and HR requirements and data for configuration.
• Manage full implementation from kick-off through go-live.
• Partner with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align client needs.
• Lead client meetings to communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide training to clients on the HRIS system and ensure user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.
• Maintain Client Space in the CRM during implementation milestones and tasks.
• Transition clients to the service team after go-live for ongoing support.
• Build and promote relationships across teams to ensure coordinated communications.
• Attend webinars and training to stay updated on best practices.
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
