Job summary

HIGH BRIDGE & CO. is seeking a hands-on BA/PM to own HR Technology initiatives from initiation through delivery in New York.

You will work closely with HR, Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to bring structure to complex initiatives and ensure successful delivery. You will partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and maintain traceability from requirements through delivery and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR Technology / HRIS projects.
• Hands-on business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong planning, governance, risk/issue management, dependencies, and communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate across HR, Technology, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolutions.
• Lead meetings; document decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups.
• Support testing, change readiness, and go-live activities.
