Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager – HRIS to lead enterprise HRIS implementation projects for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP).

You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate HR, IT, vendors and executives to deliver a high-impact HRIS solution that enhances data quality, user experience, and business performance. The role requires strong governance, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership, with experience in ERP/SaaS deployments and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or business applications.
• Hands-on experience with full software implementation lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of HRIS and enterprise software projects from initiation to post-implementation support.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, Procurement, and vendors.
• Oversee HRIS implementation activities including requirements, configuration reviews, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring deliverables, milestones, and contracts are met.
• Drive organizational readiness including change management, training, and adoption of new systems.
