Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager – HRIS to lead a strategic HRIS implementation for a landmark Hudson Tunnel Project.

You’ll drive full lifecycle delivery, coordinate HR, IT, and vendor teams, and ensure successful deployment and post-implementation support. The role emphasizes governance, data migration, testing, training, and change management with a focus on high quality service and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or business applications implementations.
• Hands-on experience with full software implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project governance skills including risk management, schedule management, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, including facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of HRIS and enterprise software projects, from initiation through deployment and transition to operational support.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Oversee HRIS implementation activities, including requirements, configuration reviews, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables, milestones, contractual obligations, and issue resolution.
• Drive organizational readiness, including change management, communications, training, and adoption of new systems and processes.
