Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Manager, HC Workforce Technology & Analytics to lead the design, integration, and evolution of our people systems ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, and planning platforms. You will ensure accurate workforce data, enable reliable analytics, and align actuals with planning models across Human Capital, Finance, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital systems, workforce planning or people analytics.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g. UKG, Workday, ICIMS).
• Experience with workforce planning tools and headcount forecasting systems.
• Strong understanding of system integrations.
• Strong data governance, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing vendors, RFP processes, and implementations.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations, compliance, reporting, and functionality of the HC technology ecosystem, including UKG, UTM, Anaplan, Workvivo, Payfactors, and Perceptyx; lead on shared systems: JIRA, Concur, and Fidelity.
• Define system architecture, including data flows and boundaries.
• Partner with IT to design and maintain integrations across HC tech.
• Ensure systems comply with regulations and manage audits and filings.
• Own workforce planning models, tools, and integrations.
• Enforce data standards and definitions across HC data.
