Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Contract HR Technology Support Analyst for a 6-month engagement in Philadelphia. You will assist in production support of HR technology deployments, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics, with potential conversion.

You will perform requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, and documentation to expand HR capabilities. The role includes user support, data management, and liaison with internal clients and vendors to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years HR or IT environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Workday HCM experience required.
• Two years of ServiceNow Admin experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and user support for HR technology deployments.
• Diagnose, document, and resolve HR application issues from a functional/operational perspective.
• Assist employees and managers as needed (Help Desk).
• Perform systems administration, data management, table maintenance, and integration monitoring.
• Develop HR reports using report-writing tools (Business Objects) when given specifications.
