Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide application and user support for CHOP's HR technology stack.
• Diagnose, document and resolve HR application issues.
• Offer Tier 2 support to employees, managers and HR users.
• Develop clear technical and user documentation and SOPs.
• Create HR reports using reporting tools from clear specifications.
• Contribute to architecture and configuration phases of HR technology implementations.
• Perform unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
