Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA seeks an HR Technology Analyst I for a contract role to support HR technology deployments, including Lawson (Infor) Core HR, Talent Management, and analytics.

You will analyze, configure, document, and roll out expanded capabilities while leading designated projects. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data management, reporting, UAT, and developing user guides.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in an HR or IT environment.
• Experience with SNOW Admin, Workday HCM, and HRIS is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for HR technology deployment.
• Lead designated projects within the HR Technology environment.
• Perform analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation, and rollout of HR capabilities.
• Develop clear user documentation including job aides and guides.
• Develop HR reports using report-writing tools.
• Monitor integrations and data quality across systems.
• Troubleshoot HR data issues encountered by internal and external apps.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations.
