Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Technology Coordinator to support HR technology initiatives and Talent Management operations. The role involves UAT coordination, collaborating with HR, Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders to enhance processes and system functionality.

The candidate will gather requirements, support Agile backlogs, and assist with training materials and change management to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Technology or related fields.
• Experience supporting HR systems or business applications.
• Hands-on experience with UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management programs including Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and more.
• Partner with HR, Technology, Compliance, and stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality.
• Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvement.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue tracking, and validation.
• Investigate user issues and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate team.
• Support Agile product backlogs and enhancement delivery.
• Assist with project coordination, change management, training materials, and user communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and user experience.
