Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support leaders with process improvement through statistical analysis. The role acts as a liaison among Human Resources, Information Systems, and Operations to advance HR projects and operational initiatives.

You will leverage workforce analytics to inform company-wide strategies, partner with the HRIS Director to present clear data to executives and HR staff, and explore how technology can drive efficiency and better people outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to determine key business questions related to HR
• Accessing HR data and synthesizing data across systems
• Providing the organization with relevant and timely data
• Evaluating data and developing the correct indicators and metrics
• Must possess three years of experience working in a corporate human‑resource department, or other similar experience resulting in a good general understanding of HR functions
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• A good understanding of PeopleSoft HR and benefit applications is preferred
• Must possess excellent computer skills, a working knowledge of databases, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
