Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage internal HR software and collaborate with IT to optimize HR processes and technology. This temporary role oversees vendor relationships, system updates, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring accurate data and compliant storage across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role focusing on HR systems management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with HRIS software platforms (e.g. Workday, ADP, SAP)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Trouble tickets: ensure tickets are responded to and resolved promptly
• Maintain Microsoft SQL Server
• Coordinate with HR to manage storage and compliance requirements
• Manage upgrades/changes to HR systems, software, and technology
• Manage, audit, and review payroll systems
• Manage, audit and review ATS and Onboarding systems
• Consult with leadership on technology needs and manage internal/outsourced labor
• Track and document resources through project cycles
• Coordinate vendor maintenance and implementation with HR team
• Lead testing and implementation of new systems
• Ensure data accuracy across systems
• Prepare and analyze system implementations and costs
