Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and associate relations.
• Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and store-level operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment with Store and Department Management.
• Conduct interviews, prescreen, coordinate orientation.
• Maintain personnel files and attendance records; process data changes.
• Serve as liaison between store associates and HR, Payroll, Benefits.
• Assist with performance management, leaves, and compliance documentation.
• Support scheduling and training programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure policy compliance.
