SNS Management LLC is hiring an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, training administration, and HR tasks at our Cincinnati corporate office. You will manage candidate screening, onboarding, LMS training, and confidential personnel records, working with ATS, HRIS, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with recruiting, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• LMS or training administration experience preferred.
• Property management industry experience preferred.
• Comfort using ATS, HRIS and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting and Candidate Coordination: post openings, review applications, schedule interviews, manage communications, and keep records current in the ATS.
• HR Administration: handle onboarding, paperwork, system access, and documentation with HR and managers.
• Training Administration: assign courses in LMS, track completion, and provide training reports to managers.
• Administrative Office Support: organize confidential documents, assist with events, and support office operations.
