Responsabilités

• Provide support with HR planning and rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase efficiency within the HR team.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Paycor and provide requested reporting.
• Respond to employment verifications in a timely manner.
• Provide support on Leave of Absence program.
• Provide support on Benefits programs and enrollment.
• Provide support on workers' comp and unemployment claims.
• Assist with new hire orientation and CHN's onboarding program.
• Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Follow up with CHN employees on yearly tasks and acknowledgements.
• Ensure information on CHN's internal website is accurate and up to date.
