The City of New York’s Fire Department, FDNY, seeks a full-time HR Talent Specialist in the Bureau of Human Resources to support clerical and civil service operations. The role emphasizes job analysis, PAR preparation, resume vetting, and HR data handling to ensure accurate postings and compliant personnel actions.
Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will collaborate with hiring managers, prepare correspondence on employment changes, and maintain HR systems.
NOTE: This position is open only to City of New York employees serving in the permanent civil service title of Clerical Associate.
