Outstanding organization and communication skills, especially written and oral communication. Excellent MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Outlook skills. The ability to effectively work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to reviewing, analyzing and reconciling data from multiple sources. An understanding of NYC government/civil service processes a plus. Knowledge of NYCAPS, CHRMS, PRISE, and PMS a plus.
