Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to coordinate and manage the Firm’s HRIS landscape, focusing on viEval governance, reporting, and system configuration. This role acts as liaison between IT and HR, driving process improvements and ensuring end-user productivity.

The position supports HR performance management systems, develops complex reports, and collaborates on system upgrades. Hybrid in-office/remote work is available in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with HRIS and viEval in professional services.
• Experience with Aderant viDesktop/viEval is required; Workday HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR teams to evaluate needs and provide tech solutions.
• Configure, administer and support HRIS applications (viEval).
• Design and deliver complex ad-hoc reports using viEval.
• Coordinate with IT for system integration and upgrades.
