Savage is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support Talent Acquisition by administering recruiting systems, improving workflows, and ensuring data integrity. You’ll partner with HCM and IT to optimize Dayforce and related platforms, manage vendors, and develop dashboards for recruiting metrics.

In this in-office role in Midvale, UT, you will handle compliance, onboarding workflows, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of applicant-tracking systems and HRIS; Dayforce or similar HCM is required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruiting data, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality, audits, and employment-compliance records.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal partners; reviewing invoices and SLAs.

Mansioni

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Dayforce recruiting and onboarding modules.
• Configure and maintain requisition, offer, onboarding, approvals, and workflows.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, user support, access, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HCM and IT on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage Talent Acquisition vendors, SLAs, and process invoices.
• Maintain I-9/E-Verify processes and support audits, data privacy, and policy requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports on time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Create clear process documentation and user guides for varied audiences.
