Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an HR Systems Specialist in Midvale, UT to support Talent Acquisition operations. You will administer Dayforce ATS and onboarding, optimize recruiting tech, and ensure data integrity.

You will collaborate with HCM and IT, manage vendors, and create actionable dashboards and reports to improve time-to-fill and pipeline health. In-office, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field with 4+ years of experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of applicant-tracking systems and HRIS; Dayforce experience required.
• Translate business needs into effective system configurations, workflows, and user solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruiting data, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data and audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Dayforce ATS and onboarding module.
• Administer and optimize other recruiting-related technology (relocation, background, advertising).
• Configure and maintain requisition, offer, onboarding, approval, and recruitment workflows.
• Maintain system data integrity, documentation, user support, access, and compliance.
• Partner with HCM and IT on enhancements, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage TA vendors, monitor service levels, evaluate tools, and process invoices.
• Maintain Forms I-9/E-Verify processes and related records; support audits and data privacy.
• Develop dashboards and reports on time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and usage.
• Identify workflow, automation, and process improvements.
• Serve as first point of contact for TA systems and processes.
• Coordinate project logistics, onboarding support, guides, FAQs, and cross-functional resolution.
