Job summary

Savage is hiring a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist in Midvale, UT. You will administer ATS and onboarding modules, optimize recruitment technologies, and ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems.

You will partner with HCM and IT teams, manage vendors, and develop dashboards to measure time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and process improvements. In-office role with standard weekdays and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or information systems.
• 4+ years in HR systems or talent acquisition tech.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize applicant-tracking systems and onboarding modules.
• Manage recruitment tech including relocation, background, and ads platforms.
• Configure and maintain requisition, offer, onboarding, and recruiting workflows.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, user support, and compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reports on time-to-fill and pipeline health.
