Job summary

Minnesota-Sports-and-Entertainment is hiring a People Analyst on-site in Saint Paul to manage HRIS, enrollment, reporting, and records, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The role supports employees across the organization and administers benefits programs.

The position also provides executive support to the VP and Director of People, creates HR dashboards, and drives HR projects to improve overall organizational health and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
• Experience with HR software Dayforce preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HR systems, processes, and compliance.
• Set up and manage open enrollment within the HRIS and lead module implementations.
• Create and manage HR and organization health reports.
• Maintain accurate digital employee records and compliance reporting.
• Provide HR support and deliver high service levels, including benefits administration.
• Provide executive HR dashboards and support to VP and Director of People.
• Participate in HR projects and administer employee surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
