Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a contractor to serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical resource for HR platforms, including Timekeeping, HRIS, Applicant Tracking, and LMS. You will configure and maintain system settings, workflows, security roles, and scheduled processes, testing changes and validating results before release.

Responsibilities include reviewing vendor updates, planning testing and communications, performing maintenance and audits, and owning system questions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 4 years HR system, HR operations technology, or related technical experience, including experience supporting one or more enterprise HR platforms; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert and primary technical resource for HR platforms (Timekeeping, HRIS, ATS, LMS).
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, security roles, and scheduled processes; test changes before release.
• Review vendor releases, plan testing and user communications; perform maintenance and audits to keep platforms stable.
• Own system questions and issues through resolution, meeting SLAs and keeping requesters informed.
