Job summary

Friedkin Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Technical Analyst II to serve as the subject matter expert for multiple HR platforms, including Timekeeping, HRIS, ATS, and LMS. You will configure, test, and maintain systems, translate business needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with vendors to deliver fixes and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 3–4 years HR system/HR operations technology experience preferred.
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least one enterprise HR platform, including testing and change control.
• Experience managing support cases with software vendors.
• Experience documenting business requirements and supporting system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong working knowledge of HR system configuration, security, workflows, and data structures across HR/Payroll, timekeeping, ATS, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HR platforms: settings, workflows, security roles, and scheduled processes; test changes and validate results.
• Review vendor releases; plan testing and communications; support system maintenance, audits, and interface monitoring.
• Own system questions through resolution; meet service-level targets; coordinate with HR Operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, configuration docs, process maps, and training materials; train HR teams and end users on system capabilities.
