Peoplevisor LLC is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Systems Analyst to facilitate technology changes aligned with corporate policy and HR best practices. You will work with multiple teams to support HR technologies including SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, and Salesforce and contribute to workforce management and recruiting initiatives.

The role requires collaboration across teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure secure integrations, SSO/MFA, and data migrations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT delivery.
• Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations).
• Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.).
• Experience with data migration.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform. Kronos or Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories.
• Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as SaaS integrations, SSO & MFA, and data migrations.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership.
• Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards.
• Research latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies
