LHH US in the Houston area is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize HR systems, focusing on backend configuration, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional project support.

The role requires hands-on work with large HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, or SAP, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

This contract opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and may extend or convert based on performance.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of HRIS or HR data analysis experience.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with backend changes and configuration within larger HCM platforms.
• Experience: Experience supporting HR systems in mid-to-large organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support HRIS systems, including backend updates, configuration changes, and data management within HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP).
• Perform system updates related to employee data, organizational structure, job changes, and process enhancements.
• Extract, export, and analyze raw HR data from HRIS systems to support reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS reporting tools.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and leadership teams to deliver accurate and actionable workforce data.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and testing efforts as part of HRIS-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting needs, dashboards, and data-driven initiatives.
• Provide support during system implementations, enhancements, or process improvements.
• Assist in documenting HRIS processes, workflows, and data management procedures.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support as needed.
