Job summary

The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Health seeks a Business Systems Manager 1 to lead the HR systems portfolio, including Oracle HCM, UCPath, and peripheral systems. The role partners with HR, technical teams, UCOP, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable reporting, data integrity, and effective HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with an emphasis in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience with ERP or HCM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and enterprise HR systems.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and UCPath/PeopleSoft incl. integrations and reporting.
• Experience leading business systems analysis and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional team supporting enterprise HR systems and related tech services.
• Oversee production support, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and releases.
• Collaborate with HR units, technical managers, UCOP, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.
• Provide functional leadership and align system capabilities with HR operations.
