Formación

• Six years of HCM experience in a complex organization.
• Three years of PeopleSoft HCM or enterprise HCM experience in Core HR/Payroll/Benefits.
• Three years of supervision experience.

Responsabilidades

• Complete regulatory filings (IRS 1095-C, CMS reporting).
• Serve as Department Information Security Officer for risk assessments and cyber threats.
• Act as Department Preparedness Coordinator for emergency plan training.
• Review data releases for HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
• Lead IT procurement and enforce secure operations.
