Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in HRIS or HR technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources or computer science).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HRMS environment including Oracle Fusion HCM to support HR, payroll and related business functions.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective HR technology delivery.
• Assist HRIS Manager with prioritizing work and coordinating resources to ensure timely resolution of system issues and requests.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency.
• Implement standard operating procedures with HRIS Manager to ensure consistency and data integrity.
• Develop and mentor the HRIS team through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
• Oversee HRMS applications and integrations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
