UC Santa Barbara seeks a Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and UCPath Organizational Manager to lead the HRIS Center of Excellence, oversee UCPath integration, and drive data-driven HR strategies campus-wide.

You will manage the HRIS team, develop dashboards, ensure data governance, and partner with campus leaders to implement system improvements while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years HRIS leadership in a large multi-entity environment.
• Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft.
• Strong data governance and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with HR payroll and HRIS processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for HRIS and UCPath Center.
• Oversee data analytics and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with campus partners and ITS for system upgrades.
• Lead a team of HRIS analysts and train staff.
• Translate senior leadership vision into action plans.
