Job summary

UCI Health in California is seeking a Senior Manager to supervise the development, upgrade, and support of enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle Cloud ERP, including HCM. You will coordinate with Strata, Premier, and EDW and lead a team of Business Application Analysts to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Understand ERP workflows and best practices.
• Strong supervisory skills leading developers and analysts.
• Experience implementing and integrating Oracle modules across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience working as a project manager / lead.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP/HCM.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
