Job summary

Govserviceshub is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge HR, Payroll, and IT using strong SQL and UCPath experience. The role focuses on validating data, troubleshooting integrations, and analyzing business processes to improve ERP-related workflows.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and campus IT teams, develop system requirements, design solutions, and coordinate testing (unit, integration, UAT) while contributing to training materials for implementations.

Qualifications

• Very strong SQL skills and UCPath experience are required.
• Ability to validate HR and Payroll data, troubleshoot integrations, and navigate complex table relationships.
• Direct UCPath work at a UC campus; understanding of data model, funding structures, benefits files, and payroll validations.

Responsibilities

• Designing process and system solutions.
• Developing specifications and requirements.
• Validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Planning and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Assisting with training materials for system implementations.
• Leading or participating in cross-functional teams to resolve major business or system issues.
