Job summary

Rally House, a nationwide retailer of team apparel and fan gear, is seeking an HR Systems Intern at our Lenexa corporate office. You will support HR systems administration across Workday, Legion, and Phenom, helping with data entry, reporting, and process documentation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role offers hands-on experience with payroll-related processes, data reporting, and system troubleshooting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Available to work standard hours Monday–Friday at corporate office in Lenexa, KS.
• Retail HR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR systems administration and data maintenance in Workday, Legion, Phenom, and related tools.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, audits, and tracking using Excel and HR reporting resources.
• Help document HR system processes, workflows, and SOPs for internal use.
• Support onboarding, recruiting, scheduling, payroll processes in Workday, and employee data processes through HR tech platforms.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic system questions and routing issues to HR or system support partners.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, automation, data accuracy, and system efficiency.
