Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to support planning, analysis, and execution of labor and operational initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with corporate and field teams to optimize labor strategies, improve processes, and roll out projects and pilots.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel and Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering across Operations, HR, Finance, and Field Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR, Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, retail operations, or related field.
  • Experience with workforce management and scheduling platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain labor models, staffing guides, forecasting tools, and workforce planning resources for store operations.
  • Analyze labor performance, productivity, sales trends, and workforce metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Partner with field leadership to optimize staffing levels, scheduling practices, and workforce utilization.
  • Evaluate retail processes, labor management, service execution, inventory flow, and merchandising for efficiency improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify operations and improve consistency across stores.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
