Job summary

Hitachi is seeking an HR Technology Integrations Analyst to support and optimize Workday integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, and finance. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable data exchange and system reliability.

The ideal candidate has strong Workday integration experience, data mapping skills, and a solid HR process background. The role involves testing, enhancements, and delivering automation to improve efficiency across global HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in Workday integrations or HR technology.
Experience with HRIS platforms and Workday integration technologies.
Strong data mapping and troubleshooting skills required.
Proficiency in Excel; communication with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Workday integrations and data interfaces.
Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
Maintain integration schedules, configurations, and documentation.
Participate in Workday releases, testing, and feature deployments.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth data flow.
