Job summary

MAP SSG in New York seeks a Systems & Data Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize HR systems and other enterprise applications. You will oversee Workday data migration, validation, testing, and reporting to enable a successful deployment and ongoing improvements.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure data integrity, security, and governance while building dashboards and data pipelines with Power BI and other tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in HR systems, analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and integrations.
• Familiar with API authentication, encryption, and SFTP.
• Experience with legal financial systems (3E, Aderant).
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Power BI, automation and orchestration tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and translate into dashboards.
• Identify Workday opportunities to improve data quality and workflows.
• Investigate HR system performance and drive data integrity.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, storage and integrations.
• Support non-Workday systems like Aderant Sierra and Deal Cloud.
• Maintain data privacy and security protocols.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Run ad hoc analyses for leadership requests.
