Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws and practices.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems is preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and support cross-functional Workday initiatives across Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent & Performance.
• Review, test and implement system upgrades or enhancements.
• Capture business process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve process flaws, offering improvements.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and reporting.
• Train users and stakeholders on new systems and functionalities.
