Job summary

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in New York seeks a Systems & Data Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance the firm’s HR systems infrastructure as well as other enterprise applications across the firm.

Under the general supervision of the Business Systems Manager, the Systems & Data Analyst is primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the firm’s HR systems infrastructure as well as other enterprise business applications across the firm.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise with HRIS systems; Workday experience required.
• Experience with API authentication, encryption, certificates (x509/PGP), and SFTP/data exchange.
• Experience with legal financial systems (3E, Aderant).
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI capabilities; ability to translate requirements into dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into scalable reporting and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities in Workday to improve data quality, processes, and workflows.
• Investigate HR system performance issues and lead data governance initiatives.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, storage, and integration processes.
• Support non-Workday systems (Aderant Sierra, Deal Cloud, MDD) and ensure data security and privacy.
• Create and maintain process documentation and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
