Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years progressive HR operations experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience implementing and managing HRIS/HR platforms (Dayforce/Workday/ADP).
• Experience managing payroll and benefits (CalPERS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS and data management, dashboards and reports.
• Oversee performance management system and cycles.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and I-9, EEO reporting.
• Lead HR data integrity and system enhancements.
