California State University, Fullerton is seeking a Labor/Employee Relations and Compliance Manager (Administrator II) to lead a broad program of labor and employee relations and compliance within the Division of Human Resources and Inclusive Excellence. This leadership role advises campus leadership, negotiates with unions, and shapes workplace policies.

The role emphasizes training, policy interpretation, and collaboration with University Counsel to maintain a compliant, productive campus

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three years of experience in Labor and/or Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of policies and practices involving personnel/human resources functions and demonstrated experience applying them in a complex organization.
• Ability to communicate information clearly in writing and verbally.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted advisor on labor and employee relations to campus leadership, faculty, staff, and union representatives.
• Interpret collective bargaining agreements and investigate workplace complaints and grievances.
• Represent the University in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations with Chancellor's Office and University Counsel.
• Develop and deliver training programs on collective bargaining, employee relations, and workplace conduct to improve workplace culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
