California State University, Fullerton is seeking a Workforce Operations Analyst to support the Provost’s Office and AVP units with developing procedures and staff manuals. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to implement policies across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and/or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving the study, analysis, evaluation, development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs plus four years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of operational and fiscal analysis and techniques.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret data to develop sound conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Provost’s Office and the Associate Vice President units.
• Develop office procedures and staff manuals.
• Oversee staff, student assistant, and temporary employee hiring processes and procedures.
• Advise management on resolving a variety of operational issues and policy implications.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
