Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking an HR Systems & Data Analytics Manager to own Oracle HCM and LMS, drive data-driven decisions, and lead a capable HR tech team. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize systems, automate workflows, and deliver insights.

The role requires 8–10 years in HRIS/HR analytics, 2–4 years with Oracle HCM Cloud, and a Bachelor's degree. Hybrid work in Camden, NJ with domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, data analytics, CS or related field required.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, workforce analytics or related.
• 2–4 years administering Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable enterprise HR platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Oracle HCM platform; manage releases, testing, and automation opportunities.
• Develop HR data and analytics strategy; create dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Lead HR tech projects; coordinate HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors to plan and execute initiatives.
• Oversee Learning Management System performance and integrations.
• Provide leadership to HR systems team and governance for data accuracy and security.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy in HR systems.
