Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking a HR Systems Manager to lead the HRIS optimization and day-to-day management of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role blends HR expertise with technical capability to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and drive continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition, Core HR, and Talent Management.

The HRIS Manager will own system administration, reporting, integrations, testing, and compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HRIS, HR technology, systems administration, or related experience.
Experience managing enterprise HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes including lifecycle management, benefits, payroll interfaces, talent management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration and optimization of HRIS platforms and related HR technology solutions.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to identify requirements and implement enhancements.
Lead HRIS projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, security, and compliance with regulations and policies.
Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
