Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data-related field.
• 8+ years in people analytics or related analytics.
• Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience applying AI/ML to business workflows.
• Experience analyzing compensation and workforce costs.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Oracle Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Frame and solve complex workforce questions with analyses across compensation, hiring, offers, terminations, attrition, internal movement, talent, and workforce cost to support strategic decisions.
• Develop scenario models, forecasts, and advanced analyses quantifying workforce and financial implications of talent decisions.
• Gather, integrate, and synthesize HR data from multiple sources into scalable analytical models and insights.
• Consult with stakeholders to determine metrics, methods, and approaches for answering complex questions.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve speed, scalability, and insights.
• Ensure responsible handling and governance of sensitive employee data.
