Job summary

Rheem North America seeks a Talent Analyst, HR Technology to own the end-to-end strategy for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Talent Management. You will drive optimization, governance, and deployment of HR technology across North America, LATAM, and APAC regions, partnering with HR leadership and IT to transform talent processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams in design, testing, and rollout, ensuring seamless data integration and effective analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or HR Technology Analyst with deep expertise in HCM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional strategy and roadmap for ORC and Oracle Talent Management modules.
• Lead ORC optimization initiatives to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Translate HR needs into detailed functional specs, processes, and configuration documents.
