Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in HRIS, data analytics, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and BI tooling experience.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate raw data into metrics for leadership.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance and Administration: expert for HR system configurations, updates, and integrations; troubleshoot issues.
• Data Integrity and Governance: audit HR data for accuracy and privacy, enforce access controls.
• Report Development: design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards; manage regulatory reporting.
• Data Analytics: analyze workforce data to identify trends and support leadership decisions; manage employee surveys.
