Job summary

Augusta Health Brand is seeking an HR Metrics Analyst to collect, analyze and report workforce data across HRIS, payroll and surveys. You will build and maintain dashboards to track recruitment, turnover, labor utilization and benchmark performance for leadership.

Responsibilities include designing standard reports, ensuring data integrity, forecasting turnover and staffing needs, and collaborating with IT and finance to support organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and compiling HR metrics from multiple sources.
• Ability to analyze trends in recruitment, turnover, and labor utilization.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining workforce dashboards.
• Proficiency in creating and communicating monthly workforce analyses to leadership.

Responsibilities
