This role emphasizes governance, automation, and AI-assisted reporting to support compensation, performance, and engagement initiatives, while maintaining system security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years analytics and reporting in an enterprise HRIS (e.g., UKG).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including charts, formulas, and pivot tables; VBA is a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot or ChatGPT) to speed up reporting, documentation, or configuration work.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain our core HRIS across states and business lines.
• Develop and generate regular and ad hoc HR reports for leadership.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate reporting and configuration work, and verify outputs before stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR platforms on integration points with the core HRIS.
• Document, streamline, and automate HR policies, processes, and procedures.
