The Associate, HR Systems will play a key role in the management of Related's Human Capital Management systems. This position will be responsible for understanding and analyzing data within our core HR Information System (HRIS) and its downstream impacts across other HR verticals, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance, Compensation, and Engagement (e.g., UKG, iCIMS, Cornerstone, and others). The ideal candidate will have experience working within HRIS software, automated reporting, and payroll-adjacent system support. The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated base salary range: $115,000 - $130,000
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
